Tilt Arcade is selling off its games

When Tilt Classic Arcade and Ale House closed down earlier this summer, there was some hope that the pub would reopen in some form. That appears not to be the case, as a listing for the business’s games just went live on Craigslist.

The ad lists off the games that had been a fixture of Tilt since it opened, and it should be a good deal for anyone looking to recreate the magic that they found at Tilt in their own home. Games range from upwards of $5000 (Pirates of the Caribbean pinball) to $750 for Centipede or Asteroids.

Here’s the full ad:

It’s a shame that the pub won’t be reopening under a new name, and it’s a sad fall from when the pub first opened. People involved in the company had spoken about opening a second branch somewhere in Vermont. In the meantime, the Archives is operating in downtown Burlington.
