We’re talking part in the Burlington Book Festival this year with a panel discussion titled Fantastic Vermont and the Future!
Vermont has a long history of fantastic literature, from Rudyard Kipling to H.P. Lovecraft. The state is also home to a number of genre authors and has been used as a location for more than a couple of genre stories. This year representatives from Geek Mountain State will look ahead and ask the question: What is Vermont’s future and how can science fiction literature imagine where we’re headed? Panelists include F. Brett Cox, Kim Velk and Rachel Carter. Andrew Liptak will moderate.
The panel will take place from 10:30-11:30 AM in the Ira Allen Lecture Hall at UVM’s Billings Memorial Library. We hope to see you there!
