Superhero Window washers at Vt. Children’s Hospital


This is so cool: window washers at the Vermont Children’s Hospital have dressed up like Superheroes to cheer up the kids staying there. From WPTZ:

Monday morning, just about 10, professional window washers arrived on the roof at Vermont Children’s Hospital at Fletcher Allen. They assembled their harnesses and ropes to rappel down the seven-story exterior wall.

This time, however, the hospital had arranged for the crew to change into superhero costumes for their shift.

Their first stop were the windows of Baird 5, one of the pediatric floors.

Isis Clark, 6, of Montpelier, was dazzled as ‘Spiderman’ appeared on the outside of the glass. She waved and pressed a handmade message up to the window.
